It is mentioned:

> Some Python plotting and mapping libraries offer minimal interactions – hover interactions, tooltips, interactive legends, etc.. This includes Plotly, Bokeh w/Holoviews and Altair w/vegalite. On the mapping side, ipyleaflet is worth mentioning.

However, these tools would be my first choice too. Not being a front-end developer, I would prefer to see why they are waived away here like this, before choosing one of the non-free solutions. What are the use cases covered in the article to which they are apparently not applicable?
